weekly ramble.

I've just completely run out of blogging material. These days, I'm just so exhausted from the dancing, the college work, work experience and synchronized swimming. All the things I love doing. :) *except college work*

I'm sortof all excited for the Viennese Ball that's going to be held in Vienna next March. :) But but but, I have no dance partner. Which really stinks. And probably means I can't exactly go. :( It looks so fun though.



Any guy willing to be my partner? :)
*p.s: its expensive too. :S*

busy bee.

The week has been extremely hectic.
From exams, to ballet to church.
I practically was on coffee for the last three days. So so so tired.

But anyway, when I went to test the video projection for the 40th Anniversary of the Diocese of West Malaysia on Saturday morning, I saw a nice big space to dance on. And guess what? That, I did. :)


Aside that, I still need to choreograph my dance piece for the talent show and get my ballet exam stuff down. Sigh. And study.

I need to duplicate myself.

Well, I saw this on another dancer’s blog and that just made me think. Who were mine?

Jeanine Mason

Her modesty, her personality and her beautiful lines are just one of the few things that make her a role model for anyone. She just shows that you don’t need to be anaeroxic to dance brilliantly. During So You Think You Can Dance, being the dark horse, she still overcame every obstacle. She’s one of those people that just inspire you to try harder every time and to always keep improving.

Chelsea Thedinga

Don’t you just love dance that means something and isn’t just about high legs and who can turn more? After finding this on youtube, watching this just lifts me up from the pits. The choreography is brilliant, and aside her effortless dancing, Chelsea’s just such an inspiration. She’s so expressive, its uplifting. She taught me there was life through dance.

Shizu Yasuda

Watching her dance in person was just one of those things that left you in awe. Her body is just so expressive when she dances. She was the first to make me realize stories are present behind flawless dance routines. She’s the first Asian contemporary dancer that I just loved. :)

Behold the tees I bought today. I was so upset I couldn't find reasonably priced ones for so long, and the it was in a tiny shop in Ikea selling them for RM 9.90 each.

Exams have gone underway.
And thus the reign of Miss-Most-Careless-In-Class begins. I really am the most careless person ever. That just never changes. :S

As much as everyone’s so stressed about the exams, for some reason, I’m just not. It’s just like another test to me, and I just worry loads after an exam, but that passes as soon as the day is over. I’ve been studying a good load though; but I always lose my focus after half an hour or so. Sigh. So this, is what has been helping me focus. My top ten most played in my study playlist *no I don’t listen to hard rock while studying*. :)
